very informative

I decided to listen to this book because I was interested in learning how to ensure that the houseplants I keep are as happy and healthy as they can be. Plants have always had a special place in my heart, but I've never been able to keep any of them alive for more than a few months at a time. This book provided all of the information that was necessary in a great deal of detail to guarantee that the plants that I grew were successful. It goes straight to the point and provides information that is beneficial concerning a range of different varieties of indoor plants. I want to thank you for spending some time to read this.

A go-to guide

Houseplant Whisperer is a fab audiobook. I've always struggling with keeping my plant babies alive but now I finally understand why. I never took the time to understand how to properly care for them and it's not a one-size-fits-all approach. This book covers it all. I'm heading out to buy another lil plant babe today!

A Very Good Book!

My dad had a great passion for plants. We had the house and the terrace literally full of plants; we could barely move. And he loved them so much that he treated them with care and respect. Only today do I understand why they were so beautiful and lush—because of the special bond they had with him.
Unfortunately, neither I nor anyone else in my family developed this passion of his.
Today, thanks to my new job, I have much more free time and need a passion that gives me motivation and centres me. I had already thought about starting to grow and take care of some plants, but the problem often is that you don't know where to start. You go to a florist, you pick a plant that looks good to you, you quickly read whether it needs more or less light or more or less water, and then you go a little bit by hand, and often the plant dies.
And so you say, No, I'm not suited for this; I don't have a green thumb.
In this book, there is a lot of practical information and a lot of examples of plants with their characteristics, so you can get off on the right foot right away and not make mistakes. But the part I liked best is the overall tone with which this passion and the countless benefits this hobby can bring are described.
In this book, we find not only a list of technical and practical information, but a real love for this activity is conveyed, and its benefits in terms of productivity, mood, and centering are described.
You can feel the authenticity of the message.
I enjoyed it very much.

I can finally have plants in my house

This book covers everything you need to know about potting, maintaining, and loving your houseplants. It has changed my approach to indoor gardening. I no longer fear forgetting to water my plants or unintentionally causing their demise.
One of the most compelling aspects of this book is its emphasis on the mental and physical benefits of having greenery indoors. The author highlights studies showing how green spaces improve memory, concentration, and overall well-being while reducing stress and anxiety.

If you've ever felt discouraged by your inability to keep plants alive or worried about your lack of knowledge, this book is for you.

Very Interesting and Cool Book

I got this book because I wondered what on earth a house plant whisperer was lol To my surprise I found this book so interesting and I have learned so much from it. I am no green finger but I found several things fascinating, Firstly a bit of biology when we are informed our blood is closer to sea water than our bones are to soil. There was even a comedic twist when the author reminds us that we call, our self earthlings and not waterlings when describing the geology of our planet. It might just be my sense of humor but I found this funny but its so true lol I think for those that were going to get into this as a serious hobby then chapter four on plant nutrition would be one of the most important and this book goes really in depth as far as I can tell. Its actually quite a scientific book in many ways, I got more from this book than imagined so well done to the author. I might grow a Bonsai tree now lol
