What stood out to me was how beginner-friendly it feels. You don’t have to be a meditation expert to get into it. The pacing is slow without feeling too drawn out, and the voice is clear and calming without being overly "zen master" or cheesy.
The hypnosis sessions around wealth and abundance felt a little different than traditional meditation, but they’re a cool way to mix things up if you’re into mindset work.
Overall, this audiobook is a nice tool for anyone trying to build a regular mindfulness habit or just looking for healthier ways to deal with stress and negative self-talk. And it is a plus with different choices of topics, so that I can choose whatever I feel like doing on the day. To me, this is like an all-in-one box set of meditations that I can refer back to anytime.

I loved the exercises in the meditation mastery collection. It really made me evaluate myself and gave me even greater appreciation for my family and my own self-worth. The chapters on inner peace and joy and also gratitude meditation are two that really helped me. I liked the narrators voice as it gave the book a soothing atmosphere.
