I’ve been under quite a bit of stress over the last couple of years. We had a huge loft extension done in a small flat and then our beautiful little girl came a month after it was finished. It was the best thing to happen to us but my stress levels have been high!

I loved the exercises in the meditation mastery collection. It really made me evaluate myself and gave me even greater appreciation for my family and my own self-worth.
