About this listen
'Henry Fraser is one of the most remarkable people I've ever met' J.K. Rowling
'What a story of transformation, inner power and inspiration' Jonny Wilkinson
Mouth artist, motivational speaker and author of the inspirational memoir The Little Big Things, Henry Fraser, explores the transformative power of acceptance in this motivational guide.
If The Little Big Things was about Henry's past, The Power in You is about his present and his future. And through understanding his daily experience, Henry teaches us all how best we can live.
This book is about right now, and it's about tomorrow.
It's about recognising progress, it's about accepting our past to become free of it, it's about living in the now to avoid anxiety. It's future focused on the positive.
Henry discusses acceptance, how to adapt and deal with our pasts, how to forgive ourselves, and how to forgive others. He will remind us to live in the present and just how empowering that can be, how to work through self-doubt, how to become aware of our progress, and how everything you need in life comes from within you.
The power is in you.©2019 Henry Fraser (P)2019 Orion Publishing Group

Beautiful, thank you Henry
it made me understand people with disabilities better and today I was happy to have to opportunity to help a man in a wheelchair get on the bus.
this book is inspiring because it shows how someone that can't use their hands or legs can still make their life exciting !

Flairful and warm, leaves you wanting to hear more
Felt like I had found a friend after listening to this second book of Henry's. I envy those who get to hang out with Henry and listen to his daily observations. Would be good to meet one day. Want to hear how the new house turns out and look forward to the next book when the timing is right. Henry's self portrait is Henry's best work yet I think, at least to my mind, don't like to think these works demand so much in sheer effort which I didn't realise until listening to this book, when you think of some artists who produce barely a few lines! Will think of Henry's words whenever I feel sun on my face, thank you Henry and here's to Today

Inspirational ☀️
Henry's second book in Q&A format is a pleasure to hear. His attitude and simple way of small steps to progress and his discipline makes you feel that you can at least try too. He really has true human insight. Thanks Henry!

Outstanding and truly inspirational
I appreciate that this goes against a little to what Henry set out to achieve by releasing this book, but this is truly inspirational.
His inspiration may well have been his physio but he will certainly be an inspiration to many many more people in years to come.
I could not put this book down. I found myself wanting to read more and more and was gutted when it finished.
Henry’s whole attitude to life can’t help but make you look at life differently.
Keep inspiring.
I would definitely recommend.

Inspiring & authentic
This is an inspiring and authentic book with so much insightful in to Henry Fraser’s life. He shares so his story in a way that we can all learn about ourselves, and about who we want to be.

Terrible book
Merely a Q and A with the author, very superficial surface level answers in my opinion. The narrator is the worst I have come across too. No doubt a great guy who has overcome a lot but I didn’t take anything away from it.
