Critic reviews

"...should be mandatory reading for any new real estate agent. It's also a great book for homebuyers and sellers who want to understand how the real estate business really works. (Jill Sell, The Plain Dealer)
"I very much enjoyed reading two of your books The Real Estate Sales Secret and The Real Estate Agent Talks. I am a brand new agent and both are helping me tremendously." (Thomas, new Real Estate Agent)

Down to earth advise

Basic information and good, healthy advise.
What makes the book different from other Estate agent sale manuals that the author explains a lot of issues from the view of the seller.
Most of the book is based on the US market only but I think it is still worth a listen if you practise in other countries.
