Summary

When the ghosts of two young children start to haunt a local school, trainee ghost hunters Eve, Clovis and Tom are invited to help investigate the case. But before long, they realise there is more to this haunting than they first realised.

Could it be that the ghost children are victims of Jack the Ripper? And is the evil Ripper of Whitechapel about to unleash a new campaign of terror from beyond the grave?

A scary but intriguing story.

I enjoyed this story. I like that the characters are being brought out more, particularly Tom in this novel.
The way the it is written is quite old fashioned in some ways but modern in others. Uncle is very 19th century but then he is supposed to be eccentric.
Yvette makes it very scary in places but I can cope being 73!
The part after the story made me remember many episodes of Most Haunted. The piano was one that I’ve never forgotten!

A gripping tale

An enjoyable book. Well narrated. The plot kept my interest and has a good balance between the background and lives of the characters and the gripping supernatural.

fab story

loved it all! Loved the narrator and I love the author too! Once I had read the first book in paper back, I knew I needed to read the other books. So listening on my way to work and home as well as when I am doing the housework! Thank you!

Fantastic

Even though I’m in my early 50s, both books have kept me enthralled. Toms dad in a suit lol. I’m not giving any spoilers about the main story but it’s definitely a must read for anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
