I really enjoyed this, its not massively clever but it's not overly simplistic. The narration is good and the story really sucks you in.

Would recommend if you're a fan of the genre or just looking for some peaceful escapism.

Also the set makes it extremely good value per hour. so for audio book addicts like me...total win.

A story of imagination, power, love and triumph entwined with the happenings of the real world. I looked forward to returning to the adventures of the spoken mage and her band of hero’s and heroines each night and the narration was most suitable and nothing short of perfect.

Such a well written book. I found myself completely submerged in the world the author had created. Puzzles, mysteries, back to back adventures, ethics, politics and not to forget love. All written in a spell binding way. Goodness I hope she writes more in this series. I feel nearLy heart broken that it has ended. This would make an excellent movie. I will keep my fingers crossed for that!

Shiromi Arserio really brings these characters and the story vividly to life. I've enjoyed every minute of these books, and I can't wait to listen all over again. So much more than a love story (though the love story is very sweet), the characters are rich and the story is utterly engaging. Can't wait for more by this author

Loved This Series!

I loved that this was a complete series so I didn't have to wait for the next book. its really easy to listen to and there good character development for some of the characters not all though. I think the author could have developed some of the characters a bit more and describe their back story more as sometimes you got a bit confused who was who. Each book got better and the main character is a Saint perfect main character, brave, intelligent, caring all the stuff that makes you root for them. It's an easy book I would recommend.
