About this listen
I used to tell myself lots of things: I’d be a successful musician; I’d perform with the most prestigious orchestras around; camping trips were boring; and aliens weren’t real. But life had other ideas.
I’m only a high school music teacher, and if I’m lucky, I get to play in a tiny community band. And my boring camping trip turned insane when an actual alien saved my life. But by protecting my life, he may lose his.
Will we be able to get him back to his ship in time so their doctors can save him? The woods are filled with threats I never imagined. Will we even make it out alive?
If we succeed, will I get to go to the stars with him?
The Star That Fell to Earth is a full-length sci-fi/alien romance with a guaranteed HEA. It is the first entry in the new Galaxy of Sound and Fury series.

I thought it was good, until…
When Kathy and her friends go camping in the mountains they’re having a really good time. When Kathy goes down to the lake to be alone for a moment she is caught up into aliens fighting. Unbeknownst to Kathy earlier in the night and alien ship was having problems so they landed to reassess the situation and two of the males on board left to get things of the mountain that they could use when the two males ran across an alien familiar to them, but an enemy they got in a battle. One was injured to the point he couldn’t move and the other noticed Kathy and his only thought was to save her. When all settles down, Kathy and the alien mail or attracted to each other, but they have the military in the strange alien breed that could stand in the way. Even though I gave a short summary there was a lot more to the story and I was enjoying it. That wasn’t till it got to the pornographic detailed sex. I wasn’t prepared nor ready to listen to a sex scene. Especially one as detailed as this one. They left nothing to the imagination and there were no holes barred. I probably would’ve given at a much higher rating than three stars, but pornography isn’t my speed. I mean I’m in adult and I know what I like to listen to an audio pornography is it one of them. Having said that kudos to the narrators you have to be a true professional to be able to pull such things off as if you were actually doing it. I can’t say I recommend this book, but if you don’t mind pornographic scenes and a beautiful love story then yes read this book. I can’t say I am sorry I did, but what I will say is I’m glad I had fast forward.

Star
I loved the dual narration of Dom Jonson and Teena Scott, easy to listen to and made this book come to life.
We have a damaged alien spaceship that lands the American wilderness for repair. The story and characters are well developed and the storyline jumps straight into the action. One hot scene towards the end of the book.

An entertaining Sci-fi romance
This is an entertaining Sci-fi romance, a damaged alien spaceship lands in the American wilderness for repairs. A mining crew is attacked and the injured survivor meets his mate. The characters are good, the story works well. I liked the premise and it is well written. The narration overall is good just needed something to raise it up a level., I found Teena's narration more to my taste than Dom's. The ending is quite graphic and there is a good cliff-hanger for the next volume. I would be in interested in listening to see what happens to the other characters and to the planet. I received a complimentary copy from the narrator and am leaving a honest voluntary review.
