I truly enjoyed chapter 4 which delves into the understanding of a dysfunctional vagus nerve and the author easily communicates to the readers how to identify the dysfunction and what can be done to properly restore it. With a book like this, I feel like I understand so much more and i feel that I am in more control of my body and mind than I had thought.
