About this listen
A Court of Thorns and Roses meets Game of Thrones in the first book in a sensational new romantasy series where a headstrong princess is kidnapped by the alpha of a werewolf clan, leading to all-out war, and forbidden romance...
When a princess is kidnapped by an alpha, war rages between the humans and the wolves. But soon, forbidden attraction starts to grow…
Princess Aurora longs to escape the castle and the marriage that has been arranged for her.
But on the night before her wedding, at a dog fight where captured werewolves are made to fight for sport, she spares the life of a young wolf. It puts her on the radar of the powerful alpha who was going to kill him. And it changes everything.
That night, when the alpha escapes, he kidnaps her and takes her to the rugged lands north of the border—where the once warring werewolf clans are beginning to unite. He thinks that she is the key to winning the war against the humans.

Wish Blake had his own narrator too
I absolutely adored this book 10/10. The only thing that annoyed me with the audio was that Blake didn’t have his own narrator. Considering he is a main character in the story and is clearly going to be a potential love interest, it made no sense for only Callum to have his own narrator. It really ruined it that they used the female narrator for Blake. I understood for the other male characters but so wish Blake had his own.

Fantastic story, even better narration
It’s a brilliant gripping story that got more exciting as the story went on.
The voice of Callum though, he could just be reading a shopping list and I would give him 5 stars. 🥵

Story so fab, but..
I just want to first say that the story is amazing and so worth a read. However, I’m not sure why this is classed as duet narration. The only character Shane East narrates is Calum. Everyone else, even Blake (why???) is narrated by Zara Hampton-Brown. Super disappointing and I DNF’d as it completely put me off. If you enjoy dual narration I’m sure you’ll like it. I will reread the book before the next book.
