Loved this adaptation - more please.

Some brilliant voice acting mixed in with some, ahem, awful ones, too.

David Holliday will always be Virgil in my head, but this was good. I enjoyed it and be getting others in the series.

F.A.B.

Having been (and still am) a massive fan of the original TV series, I was hesitant about this story, especially as there was a new cast of voices to being this story to life. I need not have worried.

The story is exciting, the casting and voices bring the story to life really well. Based on this book, I have now started listening to the other in the series.

If you are a Gerry Anderson or Thunderbirds fan, you will enjoy this book.

Great fun

This takes me right back to my childhood. I used to love The Thunderbirds and this story is actually quite good. A couple of things don't quite work for me. One is the sound effects. Some are distinctly bizarre! The other is the music; it can be quite intrusive and certainly can't be called background music. Other than that this was great fun.

Just like the original TV series

This is of course FAB. Superb original sound effects and music, voices which are extremely close to the ones we all love, and a typically action-packed story. Great for kids of all ages. Only two tiny negatives - the actress playing Lady Penelope sounds like she is doing a bad Chinese accent rather than a refined English aristocratic one, and the story (from a 1960s novel) features alien invaders - something which many Anderson series featured but Thunderbirds did not. Still this is truly wonderful.
