Hit the nail on the head!
This audiobook really explained some of the things that I've been feeling.
It explained why I argue with my partner over things that haven't happened yet, and why I feel isolated.
It's made me realise that there's stuff I need to work on myself rather than projecting on to my partner

Great for young couples
Enjoyed listening to this audiobook as it explained in depth problems of what couples are experiencing in their life. Each chapter was descriptive and easy to understand. New methods as to how to deal with overthinking and anxiety. Definitely recommend the new techniques Nicole Green has explained.

Offers great advice
Great book which is easy to follow and well laid out. Explains the challenges which many of us face in our relationships in relation to overthinking, giving clear examples of situations which makes it easy to understand and apply to your personal situation. Also offers advice on how to combat issues around overthinking in relationships such as mindfulness and setting boundaries. Really useful listen for anyone struggling with anxiety surrounding their relationships.

Helped me out a lot
Helped me out a lot in my relationship already, straight to the problem and emphasises the importance of self awareness and mindfulness fore-mostly. It helps people to realise the selfish, self-destructive and repetitive nature of the mind, and helps people to gain awareness/ understanding over it so they can lead much healthier relationships.
Would recommend to anyone who needs this kind of help.
