In depth info

Hormones are responsible for so much in our lives and I've been wondering for a while whether some of my moods and other symptoms could be put down to hormones, hence picking this book. I have learnt so much! I had no idea there were 18 types of hormones and how much of an influence they have on our lives. I was also very interested to find out more about the gut and how much you can improve your life by looking after it.
