There is 2 in 1. weight loss and sleep. I must say i was skeptical, and probably clueless about hypnosis. But after listening to this dreamy work, i am changing my mind about it. The narration is suitably calming with a gentle music behind. And the actual hypnosis does work to an extent. The subconscious way in which it speaks positively about your image while encouraging you to pursue better habits is helpful. Nice job.
