Practical and Supportive Guide for Parents
What I appreciated most was the focus on strengthening the parent-child bond—it gave me new ways to connect with my child. I also found the advice on managing explosive behavior very helpful. I'm looking forward to going back and listening to some of the chapters again.

Such an Eye-Opener!
I thoroughly enjoyed diving into this listen. As a teacher, I witness on daily basis the many challenges educators, carers, parents and children face with ADHD. I found this book packed with clear, practical advice that feels doable, even on the toughest days. I loved how it didn’t just focus on the challenges and put forth a lot about celebrating your child’s strengths and building a stronger bond with them.If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just want to better understand your child, this book is a comforting and empowering resource. Highly recommend!
