I got this book to give me ideas and inspiration to get the best out of the kids, while making sure they always love sport for what it is. My favorite part about this book were the stories about athletes who struggled with their own mental health issues. It's inspiring to hear how others have faced those problems and have overcome them.
I recommend this book not just you athletes but to anyone who is in need of improving their mental health or just needs a confidence boost!

The real-life examples from real athletes in this book are very inspirational. The importance of mindset and goal setting can not be over-emphasized in realising their full athletic potential. There is a need to increase mental fortitude when faced with intense competitive pressure. The narrator also did a very good job of delivering this audiobook. This is a must-have for all young athletes.
