This book is full of expert and clear guidance on how to protect your brain - and upgrade your health overall. It is engaging and superbly clear, supported by research throughout. Evolution is a theory not fact !! This book has too much theory on why our brains are the way they are because of how we evolved from the sea !! But our closest relatives the monkeys aren't as clever as dolphins .... if we evolved our closest relatives the monkeys should be the next brightest species ? Doesn't make sense so put me off reading any more.
