About this listen

The deal was sealed the moment she stepped onto that stage. It was like seeing a ghost: sunshine-blonde hair, pale skin, azure eyes that held a thousand secrets. I didn’t know what caused her to end up on that auction block, and I didn’t care. All I knew was that I had to have her - no matter the cost. A million dollars later, she became mine. Mine to break. Mine to use. Mine to keep.

This stand-alone novel contains dark themes, including those involving sex and violence - but, as always, there’s a happily-ever-after and no cheating.

Gripping story

I was absolutely gripped from the very beginning of this story. This is the story of Fallon and Marcus, Fallon is sold at auction to Marcus but right from the moment their eyes meet they are both captivated. Their is lots of twists and turns to this story but no cliffhanger.

Not my type

This story is disgusting and the main character is a psychopath bully and controlling. He kept abusing the girl both verbally and physically, locked her in the cell and hoped that she will not leave him. he sounded more like a villain than a hero.
