About this listen
I've waited years for her to grow up. Now it's time. I won't be gentle and I won't be kind. I'm taking what is mine.
Kaylie: Wherever I went, I heard it: the sound of a purring motorcycle behind me. They never bothered me or said a word. But I knew they were there because of him. Devlin McRae, the head of the local MC. Being followed all the time like this was disconcerting. And lately, the bikes had been getting closer, less secretive, more obvious. What would I do if Devlin ever caught me?
Devlin: The first time I saw her, she was too young. I had to wait. I hated it, but I'd promised her mother I would wait for her to grow up. The sweet, little waitress from Mae's diner was going to be mine. She just didn't know it yet.
Contains mature themes.

A great first book in the series.
This is a quick and enjoyable read. My first book by this author, and I'm intrigued. The MC series is my favorite, so I'll read the next one. I wish I could slap Officer Grant upside the head for being so disgusting. He should be ashamed of himself. Thumbs up to the narrators. It's usually more fun to read a book with more than one narrator.

I can hardly wait for what's to come! Recently, I stumbled upon this wonderful audiobook on Audible and decided to give it a go. The experience was incredible, and it was just the perfect length for my drive home. I'm eagerly looking forward to the sequel and can't wait to get my hands on it. I'm already on the hunt for it!

simple
very simplistic, two dimensional and boring, the charachters had no depth ,very teenage angsty. Young or inexperienced author.

Narrators were the best part of the story lol
An extremely creepy amount of the word innocent used. I've never heard it used so much especially when referring to a young women's inexperience it made her come across very child like which in turn made the theme of the story rather uncomfortable.
The narrators done as good a job as they could with what they had to work with.
Its an OK listen if you can get past the creep factors.

Good and short romance
He is a MC President who is waiting for his dream girl to become a woman so that he can make her his.
He is actually quite sweet and treats her with care. There is a bit of drama with the police but we get a hea.
We get some spice and a ton of sweetness as our fmc is a virgin.
Free on KU and catalogue plus Audible.
The narration by Troy Duran is the best thing about this story for sure.

Sweet story 💖
Dev is in his twenties, he’s the president of his MC. He’s loyal and cares a lot about Kaylie. He knew she was special and when he first clapped eyes on her she was only 15. He watched over her from a distance, keeping her safe. When Kaylie turns 18 he first approaches her and proceeds to court her. He’s not that much older than her. They quickly fall in love. Dev is a good person where Kaylie is concerned and she’s his everything.
