A lovely book for a woman
So much psychology literature is focused on the cognitive part of therapy, when Clarissa’s books are so deeply about intuition, soul and love.
The narrator’s voice is really soothing and the fairy tales used as an archetypal guide make it fun!
The quote I took away from this “what is not felt cannot be healed.”

Beautiful and profound
I love this woman. This book is one of my favourites by her. For those you feel deeply and seek insight and inspiration on this subject, I highly recommend. I've listened to this three times already.
