Summary
Lexi Sobado is a young woman with a special gift: She's psychic. But even knowing things others don't, Lexi's unable to avoid genuine danger when a stalker focuses his evil on her. As the situation escalates, she must navigate through a sinister web of fear and danger to stay alive.

pleasantly surprised
I listened to this because it was free, assuming a psychic thing would be a bit blah, but I loved it. I loved the main character and the storyline was great. I loved the friendships and the inevitable burn. I find so many American romantic suspense novels cringey or poorly written, but not this one. And I find a lot of American narrators hard to listen to because they talk weird, like with vocal fry or stringing out the end syllables for too long. this narrator is great, I could listen to her all day. look forward to the rest of the series. the psychic bit wasn't too much either really, it added to the plot without taking all the attention away from other things.

Excellent
This series is not my usual genre but I am so pleased I found it. It is really well written and although the narrators are all different they all seem to be the best for that particular book. Really enjoyable and worth a credit.

Brilliant!
Loved this story when I read it on Kindle, Such interesting and complex characters.
This audio version is just as good. The story is perfectly complemented by the narrator in her rendering of the heroine, Lexi, and in her voicing of the remaining. mostly male, characters.

Great story

Great book
What a start to an amazing start to a series. Full of drama and intrigue. Heartbreaking story but I’m hopeful for a happier outcome over this series. Wonderful narration too

Great story and narration
Boredom and a need to find a new author, to listen too, caused me to buy this series of audible books. I really was not expecting too much but am glad to say that these were an excellent addition to my library. Sometime in the future I will listen to them again.
The story is a thriller-romance that is fast paced and holds your interest right to the very end.
The narrator should not be left out of the praise as she does a tremendous job of bringing the emotions and people to life.

Not too bad- I enjoyed it more 2nd time
A ‘nice’ story that touches very lightly on paranormal events. A simple love story with a twist. Narration was laboured and I ended up playing the at 1.2x speed and it was fine.
