Dear athletic Black sisters,
Our body is so much more than a vessel carrying our soul and spirit. Yet as Black women, we’re used to the plight of body shaming and the constant mocking of our body. We have to fit with White beauty standards that are not our own, and if we dare to defy them, we’re labeled as “eccentric” or “weird”.
Your ideal body should fit no one’s standards but your own. As long as you're healthy, it doesn’t matter what people think of your body frame, your curves, or the size of your hips. The only opinion that matters is your own. But once you know what you want to look like, then you have to relentlessly go for it.

Very useful!
I have always been fascinated by topics related to psychology, especially hypnosis, meditation, thought control, subconscious, and mind control, and I also know that all affirmations both negative and positive can affect one's outlook on life and people as well as health and weight.

Definitely very helpful
This book is among the top ten self-help books I have ever read or listened to, especially for helping people lose weight through hypnosis and meditation to control anxiety and food cravings, losing weight without stress. It is definitely very helpful and worth putting into practice.
