Powerful and effective affirmative audiobook

I can't explain in words how helpful this book has been for me. I can see that my habit of binge eating has reduced, and I don't feel bloated anymore.
I am planning to listen to this audiobook more often to fully transform it into my desired body. It's much better than all those harsh diets whose results are not permanent.
Plus, I loved the narration and highly recommend this audiobook to all the people who are struggling to get their ideal body. I give this book a rating of 5 stars.

Very Inspirational

These affirmations were just what I needed to help me stick to my diet when it got tough. Awesome book!!

Excellent guide for jumpstarting your weight loss journey! The book provides a lot of tips and tricks to help cope with the emotional side of weight loss - one I have struggled with for as long as I can remember. I found myself becoming more aware of my food triggers and realizing what caused the craving in the first place, which is an excellent first step on my weight loss journey. I really enjoyed how the narrator conveyed the authors vision as well, it made listening to the book very enjoyable! If you are struggling with losing weight and want to dive deep into the emotional side of things, this book is for you! Highly recommend!

Affirmations for weight loss

This audiobook is exactly what it says - amazing affirmations to help aid successful long-term weight loss.

It really does the trick! I listen to these to keep me on track whenever I have food cravings or if I'm tempted to throw my healthy eating and exercise plan out the window and revert back to my old ways.
