I love this audiobook, because it takes an action approach to taking charge of our anxiety. However, it does remind us that we are human and we are not perfect. My favorite line in this AB is “ We are vulnerable and vulnerability isn’t a weakness but a strength”. The author teaches/reminds us we can rewire our brains with mindfulness and stop negative thought by replaces it with a positive one. This is important because it reminds us that we need to be kind to ourselves and with the technique in this book (Not saying what it is i do not want to give away anything) it works and made a lot of sense. If you have anxiety like I do this audiobook is for you.

I particularly enjoyed her perspective on it, how it is something you live with but you can still be happy. I also loved when she said that healing can be a joyous process and something to look forward too. It really changed my mindset on anxiety and mental health in general.
It’s an easy read which makes it easy to engage with and you can get a lot out of it quickly. Great practical advice too!
Definitely a good place to start if you’re struggling with anxiety. Or even if you don’t!

The audiobook is filled with practical exercises that are easy to follow and can be used immediately. I found myself incorporating these exercises into my daily routine and noticed a significant decrease in my anxiety levels.
The narrator was also a pleasure to listen to. Her voice was soothing and calming, which made it easy to absorb the information and exercises.
