Everything you need to know about managing money
I wish I had this book when I entered into adulthood. Maybe I would have gotten out of debt faster, or never gotten in in the first place. This book takes it from the basics - how do you budget? how do you get out of debt? and then goes on to talk about retirement planning. It is in a lot of ways, a sort of big sister even in its tone. I really really enjoyed it.

Master your personal finance and be free!
"Personal Finance Made Easy for Young Adults" is the perfect guide for young adults looking to improve their financial skills, namely budgeting, managing debt, and creating multiple income streams. The advice is super practical and relatable, making it very easy to both listen to and learn from.
Particularly helpful was how the book targets young adults, an age group where financial responsibility is often overlooked or just not discussed. By including specifics such as passive income, managing to save money while shopping, and dodging common financial pitfalls, the author certainly is trying to help young adults improve their financial stability and move to a life free of worry about finances.
Overall, very highly recommended to any young individual looking to take ownership of their personal finances and set themselves up for success!

My kids got a lot out of it
My kids are 15 and 17, and I've worked in banking for a long time, so I'm keen to get them to understand finance so that they can make good choices. Naturally they don't want to hear it from their parent, which is why books written by other people that say the same things you told them are invaluable, as they'll listen to a stranger, but not their own mother. Thoroughly recommend.

A-must read for High school kids
I got a credit card at 28% and paid that for 8 years before I asked to lower it. I made my payments and the balance was low but I didn't know the system. The knowledge in this book will propel the youths into a mindset and capacity where they will know what to do with money.

Great explanations and guidance
I have a daughter who will be graduating high school soon, and I have been working with her on adult-type skills as much as I can, but I feel very scattered when we talk about finances. My parents didn't spend time teaching me about finances so unfortunately, even at my age I am still learning. I listened to this book to see what it would be like for her and I, as an adult, learned quite a bit. Just 3 years ago I started using a budget, but then things got busy and I got off track. After listening to this book, I am now excited to get back to budgeting.
I am excited that this book is so organized and speaks in a way that young adults can easily absorb the information and not be overwhelmed. Learning their money habits is a crucial part of growing up and will shape their financial status down the road.
Particularly I enjoyed chapter 6 which was for smart shopping and it explores how to spend your money wisely, making each dollar count. The author offers practical tips for getting the most out of your budget and teaches that it is not about depriving yourself but instead making informed financial decisions. Also, Chapter 10, which covers the multiple income streams, was very insightful. IN a world where nothing is certain, teaching our young adults that they should not rely on one income stream is crucial. There are so many ways to generate additional income so teaching them to find what works best for them to create financial diversity is important.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and I am very excited to share this with my daughter. This book would be great as a gift to someone in high school, graduating high school or even graduating college. Everyone deserves the opportunity to be educated about money in a simple and easy way.
