Great listen

It can be so much harder to stay in shape once we get to our 40s. This book gives some great tips on what you need to be doing to stay trim and be as healthy as you can be. Easy to follow diet tips and healthy lifestyle changes. Super useful!

Great hacks that work

I sure wish I had this audiobook when I was 40. Now that I'm over 50 and thought I tried everything to lose weight and be healthy, and then I found this book. The author definitely knows what they are talking about, and the hacks are so simple to follow that it removes the self-doubt.
