Lovely motivation!
This has been useful for me so far, as I've been shifting my thoughts towards eating healthier food and exercising more, and just making better decisions for myself. This weight loss audiobook is like a jump starter for weight loss. Love the motivation it brings and I feel it can last as long as you listen whenever you feel you are losing the will to continue on a healthier path. It's worth it to at least try in my opinion.

Found it tricky!!
This is a well explained piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster.

Thank God for this book, it has been such an eye opener on why I have failed so many times in the past. It really feels like the author is right by you and cheering you up.

Worth the listen!
This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison, this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like to get help on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Great and short listen!
This book will enable you to learn and see more about hypnosis and affirmations for rapid weight loss. It's a 1 hour audio, but it definitely helped answer some of the questions I had about Self Hypnosis and Positive Affirmations.
