Enjoyed this audible

I really enjoyed listening this book. The author’s research enlightened me about why all my weight loss efforts never work. I am now working on my mini habits and for the first time in a long time believe I can be successful.

Changed my life!

I have struggled, I've watched my family members and co-workers struggle, it often feels like *everyone* I know is struggling to lose weight. When I listened the book and discovered it doesn't have to be like that, it was so refreshing!!! I had been successful with the mini habits, and I decided to replace one of my mini-habits with a weight loss mini-habit. I also used other strategies in the book to change my mindset. In 6 weeks I lost 10 pounds. Seriously, the only thing I changed was the mini-habit and the way I think about food, exercise, and my lifestyle.

Motivated me!

It's a totally fresh and unique way to approach weight loss. It's not a diet. It's not a lifestyle change. It's not a struggle to do, or explain, or live. The ideas and strategies in this book give you an opportunity to motivate yourself and take a fresh approach and change your entire mindset and actually succeed at losing weight.

Helpful content

This is a quick listen and full of helpful mantras that I'm going to try. Dieting is such an effort for everyone but this will be helpful in taking off the pounds I've put on since then!

Awesome book!

The author unloads many of the reasons why we eat the way we do in order to get past them and stop poor eating habits, such as stress eating and comfort eating.

Well explained

I liked both the contents and the funny way to explain things the author has. I found it to be useful for me and like the fact he doesn't moralize over good or bad food.
