Not Really About Weightloss Psychology
If you're looking for the psychology behind weightloss and eating patterns, this is not the book. Instead there are a few takeaway tools to help you on your weightliss journey, but nothing that cannot be Googled!

Excuse the pun, but a bit thin
Took 3 chapters of disclaimers before it started. By chapter 5 still very ‘woolly’ talking around motivation but no concrete steps. Good energy and intentions but a bit thin. I’ll be honest I gave up after chapter 5 - so it may improve beyond that.
