About this listen

This book is open and honest and written from the heart. It completely captures the initial rawness of sudden unexpected death, the shock and aftermath of suicide and what suicide leaves behind, as well as how Linzi got through the funeral, inquest, and everyday life since.

Linzi shares her tips and resources in her capacity as a mind coach as well as being a bereaved sibling navigating complex grief herself.

A must-listen for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide, interested in learning more about suicide, grief, or brain health, or simply wanting to help a friend who is grieving.

its a great pity the author herself didn't narrate this book. Its such a heartfelt and raw subject and the narrator just wasn't up to the job of conveying the authors feelings and emotions. I found her too young and sickly sweet voice really grated on me, couldn't finish the book!
