Linzi lost her only sibling, her beloved brother Stuart, to suicide in June 2020. Totally unexpected and out of the blue. She has shared her grief journey online to thousands across the globe, helping them feel less isolated in their grief and to bring suicide loss survivors together. She is an Ambassador for the charity Suicide & Co in the UK. Linzi is a qualified therapist and is married to one of the UK's top Trauma, Addiction & Anxiety Therapists, Chris Meaden.
