Summary

"This isn’t what I dreamed about. Can’t my marriage be better than this?" Yes! Who you become as a wife can impact the intimacy, passion, and joy in your marriage. But how do you get there?

In What’s It Like to Be Married to Me?, Linda Dillow challenges you to ask yourself risky questions: What does it feel like to be my husband? What is it like to make love with me? Why do I want to stay mad at him? Extremely intimate and honest, Linda shares the best and worst things she has done in her nearly 50 years of marriage as she leads you into God’s heart for what your marriage could be.

With guidance for making your own Marriage Purpose Statement, What’s It Like to Be Married to Me? is about knowing the difference between having a desire for a better marriage and setting the goal of having a better marriage—as you look in the mirror to see how you can change. In fact, this is not an audiobook about marriage at all. It’s a book about how to live out your marriage, day by day and year by year, as you become the wife you long to be and watch it impact your marriage!

Every Christian wife should listen!

I've read this twice in print and once again here. Well read, researched and written. A wake up call for women who are brave enough to take God at His word and fulfill their special vocation for Him.

Step Up and Take a Deeper Look

This book made me laugh and cry as I listened to stories of women who walked the journey to ask the dangerous questions and make the changes to have a fulfilling marriage. It’s definitely one to go back to and take time to go through each chapter. Challenging but very encouraging to see what can be accomplished when we entrust our lives to God!
