Summary
After three pregnant patients go missing after last being seen at Dr. Marsh's OB-GYN office, he becomes a prime suspect in the missing-person cases.
Dr. Marsh prides himself on being an upstanding citizen. Not only does he donate time and money to several charities, he is also a caring doctor.
Is he a nice person? Or is he as evil as the police suspect?
Extreme Horror: There are multiple scenes of violence, blood, gore, and torture. Most of the torture is against a pregnant woman being held captive against her will.

interesting idea
An interesting story that just didn't come together for me. I guessed the killer early on, i cared nothing for the victim as she was kept a stranger, and was bored with the other plotline. I enjoyed other books from the author, but this one just didn't happen for me. Would still recommend it for a quick gruesome (or more crude) read. The audiobook narrator was really good.

Good twist
Sea does not disappoint in this twisted almost murder mystery story. I did guess the twist soon-ish, but still had me intrigued,

Tasty slop for extreme horror fans!
A rather silly and entertaining whodunnit mystery of extreme and disgusting surgical horror! Recommended if you want to lose a few braincells.
