About this listen

Corner a wolf and she will always fight back.

I finally did it. I took that last step, and it was everything I wanted. My relationship with my five mates has never been better. They've embraced not only me as a part of their lives but also my daughter, and this feels like the family I always dreamed of. I don't mean just myself and my mates, but the entire pack. They call me "Alpha". No, I'm not the alpha, but I'm learning how to step up. I got this. I'd better, since Wolf's Run has thrown open our doors to more than just wolves, but it seems like my version of winging it is working for all of us.

But not all shifters have packs. That doesn't mean they don't want them. These new neighbors might not be wolves, but everyone wants a community they can count on. The trick will be making sure ours doesn't fall apart in the chaos. Or get taken from us.

Between the antics of these teenagers, the insanity of so many changes happening at once, and the enemies my mates and I have already made, things are out of control. I feel like I'm chasing my tail. Thankfully, I've learned a few new tricks.

Once, I was just the nice lady next door. Now, this is my pack, and I've become a real bitch.

The Wolves Next Door series contains profanity, consensual sex, and one adult woman who falls for multiple younger men.

Read the first 2 books first, it might make you blush but certainly makes you think naughty. Great narration, great story, a bit of everything. Thank you 😊

Absolutely fantastic set

Passble story line. Elena is a bit wimpy. wonderful narration by everyone but, given the length of the 3 books I would have loved hearing a lot more about Ashley, Vic and his bears and the tigers - their lives and relationships because they had the potential to make the books actually exciting. Elena's story was pretty boring however the adult content was superb.

Nice but...

This is the final story, this time they find another pack are coursing them problems asking for money ect. She is finding her feet as a wolf, the pack is opening up to other separate shifters and finding they are fitting in much better then they expected. Loads of fun, drama and fighting as they all find their place. Read brilliantly again by Aaron Shedlock, Lola James, Widen Snow and Gomez Pugh.

These 3 books in the series are great. Maybe a little too raunchy for some in books 1 and 2. But it all leads to bk3 deliciously. Well written and easy to listen too 👏

Loved it.

Overall: A great story, good narrators, and a decent length that makes your Audible credit go for more hours. I've always loved Auryn Hadley's books, and this series continued that. You need to have listened to the two books before this in the series.

Story: Yeah! Finally the Happy Ever After we've been looking for. Wolves, Tigers, Bears, Foxes, Oh My! This series is less 'out there' than many of Auryn Hadley's other series (which are still good), but this one is a bit more mainstream.

Performance: At this point in the trilogy I've gotten used to the voices. While I love Lola, I have a hard time with all the different voices for the guys, especially when they are doing each other's voices. They've broken the book up into chapters from different character's point of view.... and one narrator does an entire chapter. BUT different characters talk in chapters that aren't "theirs", which means you have lots of different voices each doing the same character.

A beautiful end to the trilogy

I started this series of books as my bedtime listen. If I listen to anything too complex I loose track of what is going on when I fall asleep,I thought these would be a bit of 'fluff' to lull me to sleep but I was very wrong. I have really enjoyed all 3 books, narration is excellent and the story, particularly in the 3rd book had me on the edge of my seat. They quickly went to daytime listening so I didn't lose the flow of the story. Maybe not one to go for if you might be put off by sex scenes but if that doesn't bother you, give them a go.

I could happily listen to more
