Cool Book!

I am really struggling to deal with stress and I am always overthinking. With the help of this book, I now know how to calm my mind and have a peaceful mind. This is really a book worth reading, I will definitely read this book over and over again.

Helped me to have a Goodnight Sleep again!! <3

Being a very competent person, anxiety has always been a problem for me. I was frequently overwhelmed and tense due to the continual pressure to perform and succeed. I experimented with a number of methods to control my anxiety, but none of them gave me the long-lasting comfort I needed. That is, until I came over this Anxiety book. That's why I am really thankful for this Audiobook, it's the best I've ever had!!

Big help!

I'm a big worrier, and at night my mind goes into panic mode. But ever since I started utilising the guidelines and techniques in this book, my sleep has significantly improved. I'm grateful for this effort very much. I've been able to sleep better, have less anxiety, and live a more satisfied and balanced life because to it.

Well explain

Beginning with the fundamentals, the book explains Yoga Nidra in a way that even someone who is new to meditation, like me, might understand. There were no arcane words or difficult positions. For someone like me who couldn't even sit still for five minutes without squirming, this was pure, unadulterated bliss.
