Great book well worth your time
I had been referred to this book by a UK business coach. I run a small business and like many small business owners you get distracted with stuff. Kevin articulates his years of learning in a concise manner. i think part way through he recommends 2x speed, which I did do. The downside is you have to concentrate that bit more. There is a workbook to help you with the processes. (make sure you save it as you can only get it one on Amazon), which I will complete on the 2nd run through.
