I couldn't finish as it was too deep and slow, maybe I will go back to it when I am a more reflective mood but it was not uplifting in any way!

Zero K is philosophical but not in a pretentious way. Although, it is science fiction, immortality through the freezing of bodies with the objective of being brought back to life in the future, is already on offer in the United States of America. Is it ethical to want to live forever ? Is death essential to give life meaning ? These and other questions about life and death are asked in this excellent novel without the author condescending to know or give the answers. Highly recommended.
