Welcome back all you beautiful people to The Care Café Podcast!
Today, I am so honored to speak with Ilana Cohen, founder of the @psychgradnetwork, THE ultimate early-career resource for aspiring psychology professionals, and the former face of Barnard College. Ilana graduated this year with majors in Psychology and Human Rights and worked as a Barnard Student Admissions Representative (BSAR) during her time there. With her experiences, Ilana provides a beautiful insight into our discussion about managing stress, anxiety, and burnout during college application season and how similar emotions of feeling lost post-grad come down to insufficient early-career resources in psychology. Ilana is the embodiment of a dedicated and driven changemaker who saw the need to share resources and dispel misconceptions for future mental health professionals, creating the @psychgradnetwork.
