We have a rockstar on the show; Jason Freese is a prolific musician, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and record producer.

A longtime member of Green Day and currently touring with them internationally, Jason has also been a staple band member with The Goo Goo Dolls, Jewel, Joe Walsh and more. He has performed on over 50 albums for top artists, including Weezer, Dr. Dre, Avenge Sevenfold, The Vandals, NOFX, Zebrahead, and Death By Stereo, to name a few.

Like Lucy, Jason comes from a musical family - his father Stan Freese has had a prolific career as the bandleader of The Disneyland Band for over 40 years, and Jason's brother Josh Freese currently drums with The Foo Fighters.

You've most likely already been touched by Jason's music, but now you'll get to know him on a deeply personal level, as he takes us inside recent major life events and shares so vulnerably some of what it's taught him about truly living.
