    For this episode of The Mental Threads Podcast Episode I will be interviewing Trey Rhodes. He is a Real Estate Agent, Event Curator, Model, and Mixed Martial Artist. Trey Rhodes being originally from Augusta, Georgia had moved to Charlotte, NC 9 years ago and has made a life for himself here especially with networking and connecting so many people through Real Estate and famously through the many events he had curated. I met Trey through a Charlotte Group Chat and had interviewed him previously in season 2. We converse about his experience moving to Charlotte, what intrigued him about the city, what made him want to stay and the experiences he had through moving to another city. We converse over what drove him to modeling and event curating. We speak on his growth building his brand and networking with many different people. We speak about all the artists he had to work with in Charlotte and them performing at his annual Charlotte Spark Event which will take place again on October 25th, 2024. We converse on the customers that be partaking in the adult nightlife experience as well as the ethics that would be expected. We speak on relations between other dancers and how one should carry themselves as dancers. We speak also on relationships in the modern age with all that we observe and experience in this day in age. We speak on matters of the unnecessary use of plastic surgery with BBLs becoming too common. We converse over some aspects in the Black community that we must improve as a people. We speak on his experiences as an independent rap artist from Charlotte, North Carolina and all that comes with it from the obstacles to the more wonderful aspects of it. We speak about community in the Charlotte Rap Scene right now with many artists adopting a more collaborative mindset but still being mindfully aware of those that may claim to be "promoters" or "artists" but not living to the standards of those titles. We get into discussion about all the many styles of rap artistry and what makes it great in it's own right. I catch up with Kuroma The Sage since our last Interview while getting more acquainted to Z0NE BEATZZ. We speak about the differences regarding the cities of Durham and Charlotte and the respective Rap Communities of both. We have an extensive conversation regarding artist relations and the ups and downs that come with trying to build community in Charlotte as well as in Durham NC. We speak on the Frustrations as well as the many positive experiences in being an artist in a very interesting development in NC Cultural Rap Movement.
