Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. is cofounder of The Center for Mindful Living in West Los Angeles. He is author of Uncovering Happiness: Overcoming Depression with Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, The Now Effect: How this Moment Can Change the Rest of Your Life, Mindfulness Meditations for the Anxious Traveler and co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, Foreword by Jon Kabat-Zinn and MBSR Everyday: Daily Practices from the Heart of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. He has designed the award winning Mindfulness at Work program for eMindful.com and co-developed the CALM (Connecting Adolescents to Learning Mindfulness) program for teens with his wife Dr. Stefanie Goldstein. He has also designed the bestselling program Basics in Mindfulness Meditation: A 28 Day Program.
