After a life-altering near-death experience, Michelle Duffy’s world transformed. This profound moment ignited a deep passion within her to help others heal and discover a life of purpose. As an author, coach, and transformational teacher, Michelle specializes in empowering women through unconditional love, metaphysical principles, subconscious mind rewiring, and somatic healing. With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Rice University, Michelle’s professional background initially followed a more traditional path. But following her near-death experience, she felt called to a higher purpose, leading her to explore and study transformative healing practices. Michelle pursued postgraduate training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Meditation, and is Certified in Transformational Breathwork. She has since developed her own unique approach that integrates science and spirituality, aimed at releasing trauma, expanding consciousness, and cultivating a purpose-driven life. Michelle’s work is particularly dedicated to helping mothers regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma, and nurture joyful, purposeful relationships, especially with their children. Through her own journey, she understands the power of healing from within and is passionate about guiding others to do the same.
