My name is Yasmin and for so long, it has been my dream to reach out to people in order to help. I began this journey almost 2 decades ago when I completed my Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Clinical Language Sciences degree. What I have learnt from working with so many amazing families is partly what has led me to where I am today. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to work with some incredible women from all walks of life, not to mention the hundreds of family members who have supported the children along their journeys. My conversations with these women encouraged me to share my own knowledge and experience so together, we can become stronger. Aside from my professional skills, I have an abundance of first-hand experiences which I feel allows me to relate to women on a personal level. My teenage daughters bring me so much love, joy, and of course challenges, as has juggling my job, business, and being a mum. Trauma and grief have tested me time and time again. It's the combination of these experiences that I want to share with you. From anger management, menopause, and everything in between, my aim is to provide support and advice and above all, remind women that they are not alone.
