Resilience
This book has been an invaluable resource for my Granddad who suffers with dementia. I listened to this on his behalf, and was amazed at the science behind it, and how little I actually knew. As many of you wanting to buy this book may know, when a close family member starts losing their memory it can be devastating. The interactive tools and tips were pretty useful, but the real prize within this book is the caregiver support. The tips given to support my family to create meaningful meetings together with my Granddad was exceptional. A great listen.

A Practical and Supportive Guide for Caring for De
This book has been such a valuable resource for helping my grandma as she navigates dementia. The brain exercises are easy to follow. I noticed that she seems more focused and engaged after we incorporate them into her routine. One of the best parts is that it covers nutrition also. We started to adjust as well. The nutritional tips made me feel like we’re making a positive difference in her overall well being.
I also appreciate how the book addresses the physical aspects and it looks at emotional and mental well being. Caring for someone with dementia can feel overwhelming. This guide has given me practical ways to make her life better. It’s become a helpful tool that I turn to often. I recommend it to anyone who’s caring for a loved one with dementia.

Helpful Resource for Dementia Support
As my 85-year-old mom starts to show signs of dementia, this audiobook has been a great guide in understanding what’s happening and how we can help her. The tips on nutrition, brain exercises, and practical strategies were easy to follow and gave us a sense of control in an overwhelming situation. The section for caregivers was especially helpful for me, offering ways to stay strong and supportive. I highly recommend it to anyone going through this journey with a loved one.

Improve brain health
I love the approach this author took with this book. I've listened to a number of audiobooks about dementia, and they are all focused on caring for the individual with the understanding that there is very little you can do to improve the condition. This author takes the opposite approach - the information provided here is designed to help improve brain function and minimize the memory loss from dementia through dietary changes and brain exercises that can make a big difference. Honestly, I feel like this is information we should all have BEFORE dementia sets in, and I feel like it could prevent a lot of this as we age. If you are struggling with memory loss of any kind, or if you just want to prevent it like I do, I think you'll find the information here to be incredibly useful.

Learning Dementia
As we age, our memory weakens, and the author is correct, depending on our health and circumstances. I learned that the Science Behind Memory Impairment is part of nature due to cognitive health. My mom had suffered from Dementia, and it took us a long time to figure out that this issue was serious. I like the tips and advice I hear from the audiobook, and one thing is that we need to stay active and not be lazy. It's a great book for all to listen.
