Collection of different ways to motivate yourself
With examples including take aways from various sources - some I have encountered before and I found a few useful for myself. It's not world class literature but I am happy I've read it and would listen to it again.

Listen to in the car!
For me this was great listening in the car - positive and upbeat with gentle reminders of how we can tweak or change our thinking. It was far better for my mental health than listening to the radio or news during this pandemic.
I’ve already listened to it twice - just what I needed when I needed it. Now listening to Steve Chandler’s ‘Time Warrior.’
Would definitely recommend.
