Mediterranean for the win!

Truly the best type of diet out there! This is a great book for anyone wanting to get into learning some continental dishes! Haven't tried them all but the ones I've tried so far are delicious!

Useful info

If you’re interested in improving your health, then this book is for you. It highlights the most healthiest foods from the Mediterranean diet and tells you how your body can benefit from each of those foods.

at first, I think to myself, the next book where you have to strain your body drastic diet but no, it's completely different, the author gives very important information about products that can improve your health and figure

Great listen

The author has done an amazing job in putting this audiobook together of the 39 Mediterranean diet superfoods. I’m looking to improve my diet and some of the foods mentioned in this audiobook really have inspired me to eat change it. I’ve added apricots, broccoli and almonds to my new diet! Let’s hope I can keep it up! Great narration too.

Understanding health benefits of your ingredients!

Great little book to feel good about what you eat! I love knowing why things are labeled as "superfood". This is a good description of all the health benefits from these tasty foods.

all the good stuff!

I LOVE MEDITERANEAN FOOD, I enjoyed the data on salmon and the oils in it, which i eat regularly, i also like the part on vitamins and eggs. this was new for me (, which i eat also.) There is much more covered advocados, kale,onions, garlic and many more.

Really enjoyable - useful reminder

This was a great reminder, especially as I am currently suffering ear aches and trying to lose weight. The narration really suited the topic and was said in a non patronising manner so I will definitely look out more by this narrator.

All in all a good short reminder and fully recommend.
