helpful in depth advice for weight loss
This is a helpful book and it does a great job of explaining the specifics of metabolism and portion control. I will definitely be incorporating the tactics explained in this book and will increasing my water intake for starters. I also really liked the discussion around stress and work schedules and the effect it has on your body.

Great book!
I'm a working mum so finding time to exercise or follow a planned diet has never been an achievable goal for me unfortunately!
This book has lots of information and great tips to follow which even I can manage with my busy schedule.
The author explains how important it is to know your own body rather than just following what others did to achieve their weight loss goals. The chapter about metabolism and relieving stress were great to listen and hopefully remember.
I would recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight and get fitter.

Very Informative
This is one of the best book to loss weight and with my work and business life, this is a great help for my healthy lifestyle. I really hope this will effect and I am positive for it. I am going through this guide for days now and I am pretty impressed. With guides like this and if you follow them, it will help you, really. Highly recommend this!

Excellent Book!
I loved this audio book! "6 Weight Loss Steps for Your Busy Schedule - Guide to Unlock Your Metabolism, Lose Weight and Reverse Disease, Even with Little or No Time" was an excellent book for me. I was so excited to find this book and believe everyone could benefit from it. I also purchased the Kindle version for this as I don't want to miss any essential items for my weight loss journey. excellent value, good narration.
Buy this audiobook.
I actually started getting some results fairly quickly by following the simple and easy to understand instructions/advice the author gives. This is the most important thing when I buy one of these books and I have bought many that didn't work.
That is why I would definitely recommend this audiobook.
I found this book to be a good value.

Metabolism meaning and Guide
Not complicated or tedious, but rather smooth and simply presented advice. Organized into 6 major steps, with additional helpful content. Yes, includes diet specifics, but also lots of help with portion control, metabolism, and digestive science.
I will make sure to drink lots of water and keep in my feet. Well recommend.

Great if you want to make a change
This book is awesome if you are busy and need a simplified solution to help you lose weight. This book changed the way I look at weight lose, it helped me understand the importance of understanding my body and how it works, what was working for me and what wasn't. It gave me an understanding of being aware of what made me gain weight easily which is the first step to change, understanding the cause. I also use my BMI now rather than just my weight on the scale. I have found a diet (lifestyle choice) that works for me now. I noticed sugar and carbs make me put on weight so now I have a rule that I only eat these foods on weekends and I'm aware and strict with what I eat in the week. This way I am not cutting out everything I love and its more sustainable on a long term basis. But this book taught me to start short term for the long term goal. Overall I also found all information very helpful and interesting. But like everything in life, you need to want to make the changes and it will come with a level of compromise. I noticed thanks to this book that what I was eating was making me put on weight and feel tired. Although I love carbs, sweets and sugar, I needed to make this change for the overall happiness of my life. I have more energy now and I am super thankful for coming across this book and helping me change my mindset around this. Highly recommend.

This hit home for me!
As a healthcare professional juggling three different careers, this book was well timed. Although I do work out every day, I found guidance in this book which helped me to align my goals in a way that I utilize my allocated time as efficiently as possible. Not only did this book encourage exercise but the author also went a step further to demonstrate all of the tremendous health benefits of a healthy exercise routine. Great read.

It's time to live a healthier life!
Don't let your busy schedule be the reason you can't lose weight. In this book, the author talks about the fundamental of our body function, its metabolic processes, and the reason why some people can't seem to shed the extra pounds. There are some good suggestions on how to increase your body's ability to burn fat and how to plan your meals. This book is a much cheaper alternative to hiring a trainer. Check it out!

No excuses for carrying this excess weight now!!
If you have been carrying an extra 20 pounds and it has really bothered you for a long time, this is the book for you. I am sure you just keep telling yourself that you have tried everything and still don't know how to get rid of this extra baggage and you are too busy to do all this work :) Well, after listening to this book, you will feel like you have a clear path. No more excuses! You are going to get down and do this. You will have the knowledge and the guidance and will know how you will get there. I recommend this book to everyone who struggles to lose weight and be healthier.
