A very sweet lesbian love story

A very sweet lesbian love story filled with obstacles to overcome, happy coincidences, true love and dogs. What's not to like!

Second time around, still as good

The first in this series that I listened to and as result got the first 2 that has a different narrator still very good but with different interpretations of characters.
Lucy Price-Lewis gives an excellent performance an a good voice easy to listen to bit of a suprise that London born and bred Jess (first in series) has now got a very strong Birmingham/Wolverhampton accent.
This is so far my favourite in the series.

Five stars all round

The main character this time around is Tanya, someone who I greatly disliked in the previous story. We learn a lot more about why she behaves as she does. She starts off as rude as ever but circumstances help to soften her edges and when she bumps into Sophie (literally and with amazing regularity), she becomes someone you can warm to. She still slips up but not as much. This story doesn't have quite as much comedy as the previous two, it's sad in places but it shows there is happiness to be had if we just allow people to help. Lucy Price-lewis is an excellent choice for narrator and has a very relaxing voice which I found suited the story. I found it easy to understand which character was speaking throughout.

Loved it

I loved this book, the romance is very fun and sweet. I really liked London's (the city) description and how English the chacters were. I thought Lucy Price-Lewis did a great job with the narration. I liked how much Tanya's changed from the previous book.

I love these books and the narrator was great in bringing it to life. Claire Lydon is one of my favorite authors. I would recommend this audio book and series.
