About this listen
Brought to you by Penguin.
The hilarious number one best seller by comedian and author of Because of You and According to Yes, Dawn French.
Everyone hates the perfect family - so you'll love the Battles.
Meet Mo Battle, about to turn 50 and mum to two helpless, hormonal teenagers. There's 17-year-old daughter Dora who blames Mo for, like, EVERYTHING and Peter who believes he's quite simply as darling and marvellous as his hero Oscar Wilde. Somewhere, keeping quiet, is Dad, who's just, well...Dad.
However, Mo is having a crisis. She's about to do something unusually wild and selfish, which will leave the entire family teetering on the edge of a precipice.
Will the family fall?
Or will they, when it really matters, be there for each other?
A Tiny Bit Marvellous is the number one best-selling novel from one of Britain's favourite comic writers.

Meet my family!!!
Quite sure Dawn French has been spying on my household. I always knew the google vehicles couldn't be trusted! Hilarious parallels to any household containing the dreaded teenager and delivered with Dawns trademark gusto made listening to this book an absolute delight. I, like, sooooo roflmao!!!!

It was like it had been written about me!
I enjoyed it from start to finish - gripped, it was funny, compelling and so grounded and rooted, whilst still unexpected!
I love Dawns writing and narrating - more please - a Bluebell in the making

Good old Dawn French
Really enjoyed listening to this, a lovely slice of family life, spoken from the lips of an experienced lady.
I got completely lost in the story about mid way through and had to do some extra cleaning at home just so I could listen to more of the book!

Easy read nice twist.
Any additional comments?
I really enjoyed this book. Very funny in all the right places but I just didn't understand the "Oscar" character. I don't think he added anything to the book and he just got irritating and repetitive after the first chapter.

Laugh out loud !
I loved this audio book, I am really happy that I got the audio version rather than buying the book, as Dawn makes the characters far more interesting than I would have managed. The depth of the characters was wonderful, the storyline was easy and yet moving. I would recommend this book as it made me laugh out loud and in parts cry too, just lovely.

Extremely Marvellous Actually!
I loved this book, Dawn Fench's narration is amazing! I enjoyed how she brought the characters to life with the voices, you could imagine her facial expressions - which made me laugh all the more. This book is not 'A Tiny Bit Marvellous', it is extremely marvellous and very funny!
