About this listen

Understand that special diet can be very helpful for individuals with ADHD

Don't treat the symptoms only but get to the root of the cause!

Sadly, many people think that individuals who suffer from mental disorders such as ADHD, ADD, anxiety, and depression are something has to do with the mind or the brain regarding psychological illness only.

However, many scientists and doctors who think "outside the box" firmly believe now that there are physiological factors which contribute to behavior problems like ADHD and ADD. You need to understand that children and adults who struggle with mental disorders very likely have issues physically and the principal suspect is the digestive system.

And food quality can be the primary cause of digestive problems which lead to mental disorders ultimately.

In the ADHD Diet book you will:

  • Learn how ADHD disorder is as much as physical as mental
  • Realize why ADHD Diet can help significantly
  • Understand the ADHD symptoms so you can start evaluating your diet and correct it with the help of my book
  • Have a better understanding that the sooner you recognize the symptoms the better for helping ADHD Children
  • Discover the remedies for ADHD without drugs
  • Appreciate how real foods and how ADHD Diet can be helpful not only to ADHD children but ADHD adults too

I just love this book!

I can’t put my finger on exactly what I loved about it, but there is undoubtedly something special about it. From all I have gone through with ADHD, it is refreshing to see that experienced authors are putting thought and effort into helping people. I would recommend this book above all other ones I’ve read.

4 stars for it.

I can’t give this book a perfect rating, but it was pretty close! I suppose when I look for a book about ADHD dietary information, I expected more about how ADHD affects a person’s digestive system and how to supplement that. There was a lot of generic information on the condition itself…

Sounds promising.

There was an absurd amount of scientific talk in this book, but it wasn’t necessarily related to an ADHD suitable diet. I wanted more of what was promised in this book.

It gave me everything.

I wish there was more of a list regarding foods that I can eat and not only what types of foods I can eat. With more research it will be fine, but I don’t want to do more research.

A variety of info here.

I must admit, of all the self-help books I have read on ADHD, this one had the widest variety of information and unique approaches to solutions. I enjoyed reading all about the condition and the potential ways to make the condition better through nutrition and different diet plans.

Adequate topic here.

I appreciated the adequate organization of each topic by chapter. I also love the number of things I learned from the book. It would have been nice to see more information on foods and other dietary information as promised.

It isn't what I was looking for.

I was expecting something entirely different than what I received, which was upsetting. If you are looking for strictly dietary info, this isn’t for you.

Intriguing...

This book showed me all the things I didn’t know about my condition and it is refreshing to learn so much in such a short listen. I will need to try some of the recommendations in the book to see how good they are.

Gave me enough basis to start.

ADHD is something that so many people don’t tend to are about much, which is a tragedy. The book gave me a basis on what to look for in my diet, but I wish there would have been more. It did guide me to other books with more extensive information on diet plans!

better to give teens.

nothing new for parents with adhd kids. it's all been told before. however I think it would be good for teens just learning about their options for their condition.
