Just brilliant
It’s not that you listen and come away cured far from it infact listenening set my heart racing at times but wow really learnt a lot about my feelings, wish I’d known about the first one so I could listen in order but about to listen to that one now

Best by far!!
I’ve listened to countless self help books and this is by far the best along with Joshua Fletchers other book about anxiety. The narrative is very easy to listen to in a calming reassuring manner. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this book enough.
I have had many forms and measures of anxiety since I was a young child, it really has plauged my entire life. I have also dedicated most of my adult life to 'fixing' myself. I've tried multiple therapies, spent hundreds of hours researching, learning and understanding so that one day I could hopefully eradicate it from my life, I've formally studied psychology hoping that making a career out of it might also work. Basically I've done everything. Now I've set the scene to say that all that considered, this book has actually been the book to change my relationship with anxiety completely.
The language, structure, delivery, understanding, un-triggering and uncomplicated nature of this small book have felt completely transformative. You might shy away from something that feels too small or simple becaise you've dedicated a big part of your life to the getting better process, but I cannot urge you enough to read or listen anyway. You won't be sorry.
I'm off to read both of Joshua Fletcher's other books and I'm thoroughly looking forward to it.

another great book Joshua Fletcher
After Joshuas first book worked wonders educating me on anxiety, i had to try this next. As the first book reasured me i wasnt losing control and explained in simple but perfect terms what was going on, this book follows on with techniques and understanding in how to get back on track in life. another great book, both life safers. After listening to both books numerous times, i decided to try a session with joshua in his practice. He is clearly well educated and relatable on anxiety and to me this makes a massive difference over a counsellor who only has understanding through books. As far as im concerned his books, along with the dare response and headspace's mindfulness meditation should be recommended by doctors before any medication.

Excellent book for worry and panic
This book helps with worry about panic attacks and I found it extremely soothing. It helps that the author has experienced it in the past, but is now clearly a professional - he conceptualises everything very well. There's a cool accompanying pdf too.

As someone who has recently experienced a panic attack and has moderately high anxiety, I would recommend this book. Fletcher gives you immediate tools to help calm yourself and make’s understanding anxiety easy.
